Terms of Service

Bookings. Tour requests sent through WhatsApp or our contact form are proposals, not confirmed reservations. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation with the final price and pickup time from our team.

Cancellations. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover guide and driver commitments.

Weather and safety. Some tours may be rescheduled or modified due to weather, trail conditions, or safety concerns. We will always offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund in these cases.

Pricing. Prices listed on this site are per person unless otherwise noted and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
