This full-day combo starts with a swim at a waterfall, then heads to Miravalles Volcano for a natural sauna, therapeutic volcanic mud bath, and mineral hot springs, plus a gentle crater-side hike to see real volcanic activity up close. From there we move into the rainforest to search for sloths, colorful frogs, and toucans, before wrapping up with a traditional Costa Rican lunch.

Practical Information

• Bring a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes — you'll get wet and muddy.
• Bring sandals for the mud bath and closed-toe shoes for the rainforest walk.
